They seem to only give black people extra customer service. Everytime I shop here they would pass other customers just to ask me if I need help and stand there to watch me shop.
Love these guys, all of them. Hung out with an employee for about 2 hours talking about tools one time. The return of ACE to manteca has been a great lift to manteca.
Store has lots of stuff. Not crowded and easy to find stuff unlike Home Depot. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The lumber department's Jeff and Bob provide excellent customer service. Despite not having the necessary tools on hand, they went out of their way to cut the plywood for me. Since the entire sheet wouldn't fit in my car, it was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bob and Jeff!
Store was huge but lacked customer service. Seen plenty of workers but none asked if assistance was needed or acknowledged us.
